Ashcombe Volleyball Club Chairperson Carol Fogarty, commenting on the clubs success said, ‘We are all absolutely delighted and honoured to have been awarded Volleyball England Club of the Year 2014. It is indeed thanks to great performances by members of the club both on and off the court. Thanks as always must go to all the Volunteers who are at the heart of Ashcombe Volleyball Club and we endeavour to make volunteering an integral part of the club; such as, subsidising several members of the club on courses which has in turn enabled us to establish connections within many Dorking schools and the wider community.
